Easy Italian Meatloaf Recipe

Ciao Friend!

I've got an exciting recipe for you today! It's an Italian meatloaf recipe and it's delicious. This recipe is one of my favorite ways to make meatloaf and I hope you give it a try.

Some describe an Italian meatloaf like a big meatball, but I think it's even better than that. Like any meatloaf, this recipe is super flexible and forgiving. Plus it can be frozen for later. My meatloaf is 100% beef and uses Italian herbs and cheese.

You can grab the recipe and video here where I guide you through the process step-by-step.

I like to top mine with diced tomatoes as shown in the image and in my YouTube video, but you can also use your favorite pasta or tomato sauce too.

Have a favorite way you make yours? Let me know by replying to this email or commenting in the recipe post itself!

This Recipe Goes Great With:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Italian green beans
  • Salad

Fun Kitchen Gadget of the Week

I've owned this infrared thermometer for a number of years. It's especially helpful when checking grill temps or liquid temps.

You can use it for cooking or other home projects. It's also a super fun gift that will get everyone talking!

The tiramisu can be made in advance. So can the cannoli shells, but fill them just before serving. Eggless Tiramisu I finally created a recipe for tiramisu that doesn't require eggs. I'm not a fan of raw eggs (even if tempered), and I have to say, I really enjoyed recipe testing this dessert! 👉 Grab Recipe Here 📌 Save to Pinterest...
