Quick Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

Ciao friend!

Have you ever had a roasted red pepper sauce with your pasta? This recipe is courtesy of my husband and it brought out the explorer in me because I'm not a huge roasted red pepper fan - at least when it's the main ingredient.

As usual, he didn't follow a recipe (you might be the same), he just threw everything together and hoped for the best. End result? It tasted great! 😊

The good news is I figured out the measurements so I could share it with you.

You can grab the pasta sauce here where I guide you through the process step-by-step. You can also watch the video in the post.

So tell me, is this a new sauce recipe for you or am I just super late to the party? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Enjoy!

Grazie e ciao!

Liz

The tiramisu can be made in advance. So can the cannoli shells, but fill them just before serving. Eggless Tiramisu I finally created a recipe for tiramisu that doesn't require eggs. I'm not a fan of raw eggs (even if tempered), and I have to say, I really enjoyed recipe testing this dessert! 👉 Grab Recipe Here 📌 Save to Pinterest...

Ciao Friend! For this week's featured Italian main dish, I'm sharing two manicotti recipes - one for making them from scratch (very traditional method); and the second for those who prefer to buy premade pasta manicotti shells. Both recipes are delicious, but the consistency of the shells are very different - as you can see in the recipe posts. Traditional Cheese Manicotti These are my favorite and how I remember my mom making them. Soft and delicate, this version uses homemade manicotti...
